Click on "Forgot Password" in the password window. The security question you chose when you registered. Note your answer must be entered exactly as you typed when registering. After answering your security question, it will be emailed to you.

Password Format?

Agreement Express passwords must:

• Be 6 to 20 characters
• Be alphabetic characters: a-z, A-Z and numbers 0-9. 
• Not start with a number, and 
• Contain at least one number
