Salesforce.com plays a very important role for the TIO’s sales agents. The ability to integrate Agreement Express with back-office systems meant that agents could continue to work in Salesforce.com and gain the automation capabilities that Agreement Express delivers. Dealer location lists including names, e-mails, and other important variables get imported into TIO’s field kiosk system. The information is routed to Salesforce.com and automatically creates dealer accounts by populating fields in Salesforce.com.  Agreement Express creates a link to the dealer contract and an e-mail with the contract link is sent to dealer distribution centers that signs and returns the contract. The finished contracts along with the relevant link is then stored in Salesforce.com.
