The OpX Worksheet can be applied on a process-by-process basis, or it can be applied generally across all processes, to get a rough estimate to the type of benefits you would realize with Agreement Express.
The results are then compared to the respective cost of Agreement Express, highlighting the per-transaction positive ROI, and the overall positive economic impact (lower cost/higher revenue) over an extended period of time.
The ROI calculator looks at:
- Number of document packages sent each year
- Number of documents (average) for each package
- Costs around data-entry to and from documents
- Salesperson's efficiency (or the relevant title for the person owning the contract process)
- Impact of incomplete processes (abandoned deals, etc.)
- Cost spent on reviewing documents and correcting errors
- The cost of moving paperwork around (mail, fax, courier, etc.)
- Miscellaneous costs associated with paper processes: printing, shredding, storing, etc.
