Documents which are publsihed through the Agreement Express platform are maintained on servers in SAS70 type ll secure facilities.

Note that docucments which have been published are not emailed to signatories. Rather signatories receive an email with an invitation to view the document on our secure servers. So published documents are always secure.

Only system adiminstrators can view information within documents that have been published. Once the documents have been signed all signatories can download them to their desktops.
