Q - I don't use Outlook - can I still publish Electronic Agreements with WAYPOINT?
A - Yes! You can use a web browser to send your documents as Electronic Agreements through WAYPOINT. (Firefox 1.5+ and Internet Explorer 5.5+ supported)
Q - I'd like to change my password - how can I do that?
A - You can change or retrieve your password by visiting https://recombowaypoint.net at anytime. Enter your email address & click on "Change Password." Enter your existing password and then enter your new password twice below.
Q - Can I host the e-forms from my website?
A - Yes, the forms can be hosted directly from your website and you can have your customers download and fill them out, then sign digitally and send the completed and signed form back to you digitally.
Q - Can I fill out some of the fields myself and have them locked so they can't be changed?
A - Yes, our e-forms are completely configurable. The areas that you choose to have locked cannot be tampered with.
Q - What is an e-form?
A - Quite simply, it's your existing MS Office, PDF or paper forms that have been digitally converted into electronic forms where information is presented in a clearer and more consistent format. And, where potential customers can add information to any field in the e-form using their computer.
Q - Does the id verification impact my credit score?
A - No, id verification does not impact or affect your credit score whatsoever.
Q - How long does identity verification take?
A - Our partners guarantee to have identity verification completed (once all required information is entered) in less than 20 seconds.
Q - Are digital/electronic signatures legal?
A - Yes, electronic/digital signatures carry the same legal weight as wet ink and comply with the Electronic Signatures in National Commerce Act, the Unifrom Electronic Commerce Act and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Q - Are my documents safe while in transit?
A - All documents are encrypted via 128-bit SSL 3.0 and run through the SHA-256 algorithm. Rest assured your documents are safe from prying eyes.
Q - Do the people I send documents to for signing need special software?
A - No, the recipients of your agreement only need access to email and the internet.
